We collect the information you choose to provide, primarily through our contact forms, showing-request forms, home-valuation tools, and account sign-up. This typically includes:

• Inquiry details — the property, neighborhood, market, price range, timeline, or message you send us, including showing requests and home-value requests.
• Account information — if you create an optional account, your saved homes, saved searches, and search preferences.
• Communications — records of your calls, texts, and emails with us so we can follow up and serve you.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, listings viewed, referring URLs, and general location inferred from your IP address. Property and listing data

The for-sale listings displayed on the Site come from Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feeds, not from you. See Section 7 (Listing Data and IDX) for the sources and terms that govern that data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries, schedule showings, and provide real estate brokerage services.
• Connect you with a reThought agent and route your request to the right office or market.
• Send you property information, saved-search alerts, and updates you have requested.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
• Measure marketing performance and understand how visitors use the Site.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and real estate licensing obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Text Messages (SMS) and Calls

If you provide your phone number and consent to be contacted, a reThought agent or our systems may call or send you text (SMS) messages using a messaging provider (Twilio) about your inquiry, showings, listings, and related real estate services.

• Consent: Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. You may decline texts and still work with us by phone or email.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and conversations with your agent.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle calls and texts consistent with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to operate our business:

• reThought agents and staff — the agent(s) handling your inquiry receive your contact details so they can help you.
• Service providers — vendors that perform services for us under contract, such as our IDX/MLS data provider (Repliers), messaging provider (Twilio), email/CRM and hosting providers (including Vercel), and analytics and advertising providers (see our Cookie Policy).
• Cooperating parties in a transaction — if you move forward on a property, parties such as the other side's brokerage, lenders, title companies, or inspectors, as needed to complete the transaction.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of reThought, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Some advertising and analytics technologies described in our Cookie Policy may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws. See Section 8 (Your Privacy Rights) for how to opt out.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and advertising. Our analytics and advertising partners include Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads), Meta/Facebook (the Meta Pixel), and Vercel Analytics. 6. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our client relationship, comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations (including real estate transaction and licensing requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Listing Data and IDX

Property listings on the Site are provided through MLS Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feeds delivered by our data provider, Repliers. Florida listings are sourced from Stellar MLS; Wisconsin listings are sourced from Metro MLS / Wisconsin MLS.

Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or by reThought, and is subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal. All listing data is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising or analytics activities. 9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites; review their privacy policies before providing information.
